In early 2023, INDSTRY launched hospitality nights to revitalize a struggling rooftop venue during winter, aiming to attract top industry professionals in Los Angeles.
The first event was a success, leading to monthly gatherings and attracting major alcohol companies like Diageo and Louis Vuitton Moet Hennessy. These events showcased emerging spirits and nutured the audience for more mature liquor brands.
Our hospitality nights quickly became Los Angeles' premier event series, drawing bartenders, beverage directors, general managers, and venue owners. Notable events like "50 Years of Hip Hop" with Hennessy became celebrated networking opportunities.
Now, after focusing on Saturday nights, we are reviving our hospitality nights to support and appreciate the workers who make our industry special, fostering community spirit.

At Melrose Place, our team transformed Saturday nights, increasing revenue from $3,000-$6,000 to an impressive $15,000-$25,000. This was achieved through strategic improvements, innovative event management, and a revamped beverage program.
We curated a DJ lineup that resonated with our target audience, making Melrose Place the premier Saturday night destination in Los Angeles. By enhancing the beverage offerings, we boosted both quality and variety, directly improving customer satisfaction and sales.
Our focus on staff training ensured service met high standards, while redecorating the venue aligned it with contemporary trends and the unique West Hollywood vibe, establishing it as a nightlife trendsetter.
High-profile events like the Melrose Tequila Festival 2023, Halloween celebrations, and vibrant day parties significantly raised the venue's profile. Collaborations with liquor brands created buzz and cemented Melrose Place as an exciting hub for exceptional experiences.
Through these efforts, Melrose Place not only saw increased revenue but also cemented itself as one of the hottest venues in West Hollywood.
After our success at Melrose Place, EP&LP in West Hollywood enlisted our expertise to elevate their nighttime offerings, capitalizing on their appealing rooftop setting. We introduced a series of one-off events that significantly boosted late-night sales.
A highlight was the West Hollywood New Year's Eve Festival 2024, which sold out both floors of EP&LP and showcased our full-service capabilities. We handled many important aspect of the event—from production and DJ lineup to marketing and promotional materials—delivering a seamless experience for our community.
The festival attracted over 550 attendees and generated impressive revenues with $32,000 from ticket sales and $34,000 from bar sales. Our promotional efforts drew over 11,000 views to our website, enhancing the event's visibility and impact.
Our ongoing relationship with the Botanical Group, owners of EP&LP, continues to thrive, confident in our ability to deliver exceptional results.

Hyde Sunset, an iconic venue in West Hollywood, sought our expertise to rejuvenate their Saturday nights and attract our discerning clientele. Our mission was to bring fresh energy to this once bustling hotspot.
We began by enhancing the venue’s decor and offerings to meet the expectations of our audience. This included curating an exclusive bottle service menu and introducing innovative cocktail options.
To rekindle excitement, we shifted the musical focus from hip-hop to house music, broadening the venue’s appeal and injecting new energy into the nightlife experience.
Our efforts led to a series of highly successful events, notably our Red Carpet Oscars event. This success demonstrated that with the right vision and execution, even well-established venues can be transformed to meet evolving market demands and trends.
Nestled atop the Sonder Hotel in Santa Monica, Coco Club is a chic rooftop venue with a cozy capacity of 200 people. Following our success at Melrose Place, an investor with ties to both venues invited us to bring new energy to Coco Club.
Our team's arrival marked a turning point. On our first night, we reached full capacity, setting the tone for a series of exceptionally successful events.
We upgraded the venue's decor, sound, and lighting systems, creating an ambiance that perfectly complements its rooftop setting. We also focused on elevating the professionalism of the staff—from bartenders to security and VIP hosts to management—ensuring every guest interaction was excellent.
Our efforts revitalized Coco Club, repositioning it as a must-visit destination in Santa Monica.
